We are a leading company in the design & manufacture of specialist excavator front ends for demolition, material handling, dredging & shaft sinking. We can fit the fronts in our UK workshops and carry out any modification work needed to the base excavator, alternatively we can supply fronts and retro fit excavator parts on customers premises.

As many customers also require attachments, we can supply a massive range of specialist attachments for excavators and wheeled loaders – we can supply them as is, or can adapt to better suit a customer application. Our aim is to provide good quality, well priced equipment in a professional and friendly manner

How We Design

All fronts are designed on CAD and are subject to simulation analysis of 50,000 operations before any material is cut out – this ensures that the product is strong but as light as possible, meaning large attachments can be used which maximises productivity​

Kinetic modelling is used to check compatibility with all major excavator models, both for stability and perfomance – this means that you can rest assured that our fronts will operate as good or better than those from the original manufacturer eg Cat, JCB, Hitachi etc

Our Facilities

Our head office, stock yard & workshops are located in Northumberland, UK – within easy access to the national motorway network & East Coast seaports

Our assembly workshops can accommodate excavators up to 85t class – large fabrication and machining work can be easily undertaken in our purpose built fab shop equipped with weld bays, CNC tooling, and overhead crane

​Our stockyard of 10,000 sq M is equipped with 16t forklift, mobile crane and container loading ramp
